We’ll work with you to request the preferred driver for future reservations. Although SPECTRE cannot guarantee that a preferred driver will be available for future reservations, we encourage you to book as far in advance as possible to increase the likelihood of a preferred driver accepting your trip.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK THE BLACK CAR SERVICE?
Black car service is not an on-demand like ride-share companies. Drivers on our platform are in high demand, and their schedules often fill up weeks in advance. We encourage you to book and secure your vehicle and driver as soon as you know the itinerary details.
WHAT ARE THE HOURLY MINIMUM AND CANCELATION POLICIES?
The minimum hourly requirements and cancellation policies may differ based on the market, type of vehicle, and availability, and are subject to alteration. During the booking procedure, we will inform you of these policies for each trip. These details will also be sent to you in a confirmation email for your reference.
Executive travel varies in nature, and SPECTRE provides competitive rates to cater to all ground transportation needs. Hourly rates are set for a minimum number of hours, accommodating multiple stops and wait time. Airport transfer rates are one-way fares, negotiated with our suppliers for popular routes from airports to city centers. Any unscheduled stops during a transfer or extended use of the vehicle may lead to additional fees on the transfer rate
